Job Requirements
- MD/DO degree required and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Significant Medical Affairs and or Field Medical experience with demonstrated senior‑level responsibility in retail pharmacy, retail healthcare, access‑focused, or system‑level medical engagement.
- Demonstrated success engaging large national or regional retail pharmacy and healthcare organizations with complex operational and governance models.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, vaccines policy landscape, and retail vaccination models, including high‑volume delivery and access considerations.
- Proven ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor in highly matrixed enterprise environments and drive outcomes through influence without direct organizational authority.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, scientific leadership, and executive presence to support enterprise‑level retail strategy and execution.
