Sales Engineer
Controlled Environment Systems LLC
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support. • Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs. • Confer with customers and engineers to assess requirements for the project needs and ensure contract compliance. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain capabilities to customers and prospective customers. • Create sales or service contracts for company capabilities. • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. • Work with estimating and design team for each of the project requirements. • Develop strong relationships with customers through site visits, management presentations, events to build loyalty and to demonstrate the company’s value proposition. • Prospecting for new customer, Research and identify potential customers for project opportunities. • Share sales-related or market information with colleagues. • Discuss design or technical features of products or services with technical personnel. • Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs. • Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers. • Develop content for sales presentations or other materials. • Explain technical product or service information to customers. • Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services. • Prepare sales or other contracts. • Arrange delivery of goods or services.
Job Requirements
- Must understand construction methods.
- Must have good mathematical aptitude, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with computer spreadsheets and word processing software.
- Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret construction plans and help generate project estimates.
- Knowledge in the construction industry as it pertains to cold storage and clean rooms, life science industry projects is a plus.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively.
- Associates degree with emphasis on construction and project management experience, and/or HVAC engineering experience is required.
- 2 plus years’ construction experience including project management skills is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and background check required.

• Serve as the technical domain expert on Build Solutions (e.g., Bazel, Chromium) for the sales team and key client relationships • Configure, install, and support EngFlow products, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure our solutions meet client needs • Clearly communicate EngFlow’s technology and value proposition to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels (executive, business, engineering) • Lead technical discovery, provide architectural guidance, and support sales campaigns by building strong client relationships • Offer expertise in Bazel, Build Systems, distributed systems, cloud (AWS/GCP), DevOps, and IT operations to support clients and prospects • Foster an environment focused on strategic customer success and feedback to shape product development • Engage with potential customers via LinkedIn, Bazel Slack, GitHub, emails, etc., to generate new sales opportunities • Develop prototypes and tools to assist in lead generation and broaden the addressable market
• Partner with Account Executives to scope and deliver compelling, customized demos that are tailored to the specific business needs of our prospects. • Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes that showcase how our AI agents can solve our customers’ most pressing problems. • Present our technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner. • Confidently handle technical objections, including questions about integration, compliance, and performance. • Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback from the field and influence our product roadmap. • Contribute to our sales enablement materials, demo environments, and best practices to help scale the impact of our sales engineering team.
