Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Laotian
- High school diploma or equivalent

Role Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Broker Support & Renewals Administrator to manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients while providing operational support to the broking team. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Coordinating policy renewals - Liaising with clients and underwriters - Preparing renewal documentation - Ensuring all policies are processed accurately and on time - Supporting brokers with quotations, endorsements, policy administration, and general processing tasks during quieter renewal periods Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end commercial insurance renewal process, ensuring all renewals are completed accurately and on time. - Monitor policy expiry dates and proactively manage the renewals pipeline to prevent lapses in coverage. - Contact clients to obtain renewal declarations and follow up until all required information is received. - Prepare renewal documentation and submit renewal applications to underwriters. - Obtain alternative terms and remarket policies where instructed by the broker. - Prepare renewal offers and supporting documentation for broker review and approval prior to binding. - Liaise closely with the Account Manager/Broker throughout the renewal process, escalating complex or high-risk cases and seeking guidance when required. - Assist with broker support activities during quieter renewal periods, including preparing quotes, submitting applications to underwriters, and issuing cover confirmation emails. - Process policy endorsements, maintain accurate client records, and ensure all documentation is updated within the broking platform and CRM. - Maintain accurate policy, client, and pipeline records while ensuring compliance with Australian insurance industry standards and internal procedures. Qualifications - Previous experience in Australian commercial insurance broking, with a strong focus on policy renewals. - Hands-on experience using the Winbeat broking platform. - Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including managing deals, pipelines, notes, tasks, and client records. - Strong understanding of the commercial insurance policy lifecycle, including quotations, binding, endorsements, renewals, and policy administration. - Working knowledge of commercial insurance products, including liability, business packs, commercial motor, plant and equipment, professional indemnity, and management liability. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in policy documentation, record keeping, and compliance. - Ability to manage a portfolio of renewals independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining service standards. - Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks. - Confident communicator who collaborates effectively with brokers, underwriters, and clients, escalating issues appropriately rather than making assumptions. Desirable Qualifications & Experience - Tier 1 or Tier 2 Insurance qualification, or an equivalent understanding of RG146 requirements. - Experience with premium funding processes. - Previous experience working for an Australian insurance brokerage. - Exposure to insurance claims administration or claims support. - Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance.
