Role Description This position is a key contributor for customizing and enhancing our core loan origination platform. - Perform coding, debugging, testing, configuration, and analysis as a member of the team dedicated to Plaza’s loan origination platform (LOS and ancillary systems, integrations, and utilities). - Architect, design, develop and support high-availability services used to support our various lines of business. - Utilize programming, scripting, or SQL to produce efficient code. Perform unit testing of applications. - Produce application documentation, including process and data flow diagrams. Job Summary This role is responsible for driving AWS cloud cost optimization and improving cloud margins across CentralSquare’s SaaS product portfolio. Operating within the Finance organization with a strong FinOps orientation, the analyst will be deeply hands-on – identifying, tracking, and executing cost reduction initiatives in partnership with Cloud and Development teams. The ideal candidate brings a finance foundation combined with genuine technical aptitude: comfort navigating AWS billing data, working with large datasets, and engaging directly with engineering teams to translate cost drivers into actionable savings. This person will serve as a key contributor to cloud margin reporting, savings tracking, and the cultural shift toward cost-aware development practices across the organization. Job Duties Include: • Own and manage the AWS cloud cost savings tracker, monitoring initiative progress against budget targets across Cloud Team and Development-Dependent workstreams. • Analyze AWS Cost and Usage Reports (CUR) and billing data to identify optimization opportunities. • Build and maintain cloud margin reporting by product line, partnering with Accounting and Engineering to ensure AWS cost allocations are accurate and tied to revenue-generating services. • Partner with development teams to build cost awareness into the engineering culture – translating how code and architecture decisions (instance sizing, data transfer patterns, storage tiers, etc.) drive AWS spend. • Evaluate and manage AWS commitment instruments (Reserved Instances, Savings Plans) – monitoring coverage, utilization, and identifying stranded or expiring commitments as the environment evolves. • Design and maintain dashboards and other data visualizations that surface cloud cost trends, savings performance, and margin data to finance and executive stakeholders. • Respond to ad-hoc requests for cloud cost analysis and reporting; build reusable queries and models that reduce manual effort over time. • Key contributor on cross-functional and companywide financial analysis initiatives. Skills & RequirementsRequirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field required. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 1 year in a cloud cost management, FinOps, or cloud finance capacity; direct experience with AWS billing and cost optimization strongly preferred. • Software or SaaS company experience strongly preferred; familiarity with cloud-hosted product cost structures and gross margin economics is a significant plus. • Hands-on experience with AWS cost tooling highly desirable: AWS Cost Explorer, Cost and Usage Reports (CUR), Trusted Advisor, Compute Optimizer, or equivalent third-party FinOps platforms (CloudHealth, Apptio Cloudability, etc.). • Strong data skills - the ability to work with high-volume datasets in Excel, SQL, or Python to extract meaningful cost insights is essential. • Technical aptitude is a meaningful differentiator – candidates with hands-on AWS experience (console navigation, tagging strategy, resource rightsizing), scripting ability (Python, SQL), or prior work in a DevOps or cloud engineering-adjacent role will stand out; experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis is a plus.

Role Description Tharseo IT is seeking a senior OCI Application Engineer (Level III) to support a federal program as a subcontractor to a prime integrator. The engineer will analyze complex system requirements and lead the design, development, and ongoing support of cloud-hosted applications and supporting infrastructure within an established Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. This is a hands-on senior engineering role centered on Terraform-driven provisioning of OCI infrastructure, automation of cloud operations, and direct engagement with application owners across development and pre-production environments. The successful candidate will bring deep, production-grade experience with OCI and Terraform and the ability to operate independently within an agile delivery team. • The AI Application Engineer builds the prototypes, services, workflows, and integrations that bring generative AI use cases to life on AWS. • This is a hands-on role: the engineer pairs directly with the customer's developers in joint build sessions, turning designs into working software while transferring knowledge so the customer's team becomes self-sufficient. • The work spans Bedrock applications and agents, enterprise integrations, MCP-based tooling, and spec-driven development. • Build prototypes and pilot-ready services implementing AI use cases on Amazon Bedrock, including RAG and Bedrock Agents. • Develop APIs, UI components, and workflow integrations connecting AI capabilities to enterprise applications and data sources. • Build document intake, classification, and extraction workflows using services such as Amazon Textract and Step Functions where relevant. • Configure and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and work within Kiro spec-driven development workflows, hooks, and steering rules. • Implement integrations with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Outlook/Exchange, Teams, OneDrive) and delivery/observability tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub, Dynatrace, or Wiz where approved. • Pair with customer developers in joint build sessions, demonstrating implementation techniques and helping them become self-sufficient. • Implement guardrails, evaluation tests, and grounding/citation behavior according to the architect's designs. • Write clean, tested, documented code following reusable development standards, and contribute reusable templates and playbook material.
