Role Description The Marketing Technology Delivery Manager owns the planning, design, and delivery of marketing technology, web, and analytics systems programs that enable scalable, high-performing digital marketing. This role ensures solutions are clearly defined, properly scoped, and effectively executed across platforms, teams, and vendors. Operating at the center of marketing, technology, and digital experience, this role translates business needs into integrated systems programs and workflows that support campaign execution, data flow, and performance measurement. Success is measured by the ability to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that improve how marketing operates and drives results. - Own the planning, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of marketing technology, web, and analytics initiatives, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, fully functional, and aligned to business needs balancing business priorities, technical dependencies, and organizational readiness. - Coordinate complex cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams, vendors, and technology platforms, proactively managing interdependencies, risks, and organizational change. - Serve as a strategic partner to Marketing and Technology leadership, helping evaluate opportunities, define delivery approaches, and recommend scalable solutions. - Provide recommendations to leadership regarding delivery strategy, platform capabilities, implementation sequencing, and operational tradeoffs. - Define and scope solutions across marketing platforms, including website, analytics, CRM, and supporting technologies. - Translate marketing requirements into clear technical plans, workflows, and system configurations. - Design and implement integrated solutions that connect platforms, data, and user experiences. - Partner with technical leads, vendors, and internal teams to execute solutions across systems and environments. - Drive alignment across business, marketing, technology, and executive stakeholders, ensuring clarity on priorities, timelines, and deliverables facilitating decisions that balance strategic priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines. - Establish and manage delivery processes, including planning, tracking, and issue management. - Ensure systems are configured, tested, and operating as intended across web, data, and marketing workflows. - Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and performance across marketing technology and operations. - Support ongoing evolution of the marketing technology ecosystem, including new tools, integrations, and capabilities. - Establish governance processes that improve decision making, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery visibility across marketing technology initiatives. Qualifications - Strong experience in marketing technology, digital platforms, or web delivery environments. - Deep understanding of marketing systems such as CMS (e.g., AEM), analytics platforms, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation. - Ability to define and structure solutions across multiple interconnected systems. - Experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. - Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset. - Ability to translate business needs strategy into technical requirements scalable technology solutions and execution plans executable delivery plans. - Experience working with engineering teams, vendors, and platform partners. - Experience managing programs spanning multiple workstreams, vendors, and business organizations. - Strong organizational and delivery management skills, including planning, prioritization, and execution tracking. - Experience establishing governance frameworks, delivery processes, and operational best practices. - Clear and effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. - Bias toward action and ownership, with a focus on delivering scalable, long-term solutions. - Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in fast-moving environments.
