Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or existing-customer sales.
- Proven success in customer retention, contract renewals, and upselling (B2B).
- Experience building and optimizing account management structures and processes.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Initial leadership experience or a clear ambition to lead a team both functionally and structurally.
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a good sense for enterprise-level customer relationships.
