Head of Account Management

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or existing-customer sales.
  • Proven success in customer retention, contract renewals, and upselling (B2B).
  • Experience building and optimizing account management structures and processes.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Initial leadership experience or a clear ambition to lead a team both functionally and structurally.
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a good sense for enterprise-level customer relationships.
