Beyond
• Partnering closely with our Revenue Management team to define and evolve how dynamic pricing works for customers, translating pricing strategy into new algorithm factors and inputs • Owning the product work that makes our pricing algorithm explainable, defining the recommendations, explanations, and narratives that help customers understand and trust why we price the way we do. Partnering with Engineering within your OBT to define scope, write clear requirements, and deliver high-quality iterations • Driving the roadmap for our AI assistant and MCP product, using GenAI to make our algorithm and the data behind it understandable and actionable for customers • Producing the raw content and recommendations that power these experiences (the explanations, the guidance, the suggested actions) while partner teams own the surfaces, UX, and trust framing where that content is displayed • Owning our recommendations engine that proactively identifies where customers should adjust settings, and improving the quality, coverage, and impact of those recommendations • Defining and tracking success metrics tied to adoption, retention, and time to value, and communicating progress consistently in a remote environment • Translating complex pricing and data concepts into clear product requirements, narratives, and priorities • Collaborating across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and customer-facing teams to scope work, write clear requirements, and deliver high-quality iterations
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally on technical, data-rich, or model-driven products
- Experience in Start-up & SaaS environment
- Dynamic pricing experience, with a strong preference for short-term rental, hotel, airline, or broader travel and hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with revenue management, data science, and engineering on quantitative products
- An AI-forward mindset; you don't need deep GenAI build experience, but you should be eager to apply it and have a clear sense of where it helps
- Strong analytical mindset; you can interpret product and pricing data, identify patterns, and connect work to business outcomes
- Clear, direct communication, especially the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple narratives and in remote collaboration
- Strong cross-functional execution skills; you can align partners and keep work moving

• Draft policy language and develop manual rules that guide insurers in issuing and rating policies. • Review laws, regulations and case law for impact on ISO products and insurer procedures. • Develop policy language and rules for major program updates that provide valuable insurance enhancements to products used by the entire insurance industry. • Review state laws and requirements and make revisions to ensure program updates are compliant and relevant in each state. • Leverage insurance expertise and researching skills to provide timely, thoughtful responses to insurer inquiries. • Develop and present items to panels of insurers on emerging trends and potential revisions. • Collaborate with all stakeholders including Product Development, Law Department, Government Relations, Actuarial, etc.
