Are you passionate about bringing architectural projects to life with precision and creativity? As a Revit Drafter, you'll be part of a dynamic team that develops models and drawings for banks, restaurants, retailers, and large construction companies in North America. You'll work in an agile environment, collaborating with Project Managers and other specialists to deliver high-impact results. Key Responsibilities Create architectural drawings and models in AutoCAD/Revit. Develop designs and diagrams with attention to detail. Research regulations and assist with permits and technical manuals. Assist with floor plans and construction documents. Maintain complete and organized files. Occasionally participate in site surveys.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture or a related field.
- English proficiency level B2+, C1.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail/restaurant projects in the USA (Specifically in the USA) mandatory.
- Proven proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit (required).
- Experience in preparing construction documents (required).
- This role is ideal for a drafter/architectural technician with experience in AutoCAD/Revit and retail/restaurant projects in the USA, who is looking to join an international team and contribute accuracy and quality to architectural documentation.
