• Assist Fire Investigators and Engineers in conducting fire scene examinations in a safe and professional manner. • Secure fire scenes when necessary to ensure that spoliation does not occur. • Assist in the removal of debris and reconstruct fire scenes as necessary. • Identify and properly collect evidence for testing and/or storage. • Document and photograph fire scenes and associated evidence. • Identify and interview witnesses. • Communicate with and gather public records from public fire and police agencies. • Communicate with clients regularly to ensure clients are informed of investigative progress. • Conduct research and testing as necessary. • Prepare written reports, adequately reporting investigative findings, supported by evidence, witness testimony, research and testing.

• Prepare, print, sort, scan, process and maintain electronic and/or hard copies of charts, medical report forms or company documents • Will gather and organize examinee charts for examinations and/or deposition purposes • Finalize completed charts by confirming all records are included and consolidate charts in proper order • Prepare and ship records to physicians utilizing appropriate mailing sources within required timeframes • Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required

• Perform comprehensive medication reconciliation by reviewing and comparing patient medication profiles between the Eirene platform and each client’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) • Identify and resolve discrepancies, including duplications, omissions, or dosing inconsistencies • Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, and care teams to validate changes • Maintain and update participant photo records for Medication Administration Cycle (MAC) programs • Generate and distribute monthly MARs based on client-specific requests and schedules • Verify accuracy prior to distribution and coordinate delivery • Conduct detailed reconciliation of Schedule II controlled substances • Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness through consistent tracking and reporting • Oversee and maintain the Long-Term Care (LTC) dashboard within the Eirene system • Provide regular and ad hoc status updates to clients
