• Du arbeitest mit namhaften Kunden des gehobenen Mittelstands sowie internationalen Private Equity Fonds zusammen • Du löst komplexe Fragestellungen und gestaltest so aktiv die Transformation der Branche, z.B. im Rahmen einer Internationalisierung, einer strategischen Neupositionierung oder einer Commercial Due Diligence • Du arbeitest innerhalb eines kleinen Projektteams und übernimmst von Anfang an Verantwortung für eigene Aufgabenpakete und präsentierst deine Ergebnisse im Team und vor Kunden • Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du im Business Development im Rahmen von Studien sowie bei der Vorbereitung von Pitches
Job Requirements
- Du hast Dein Masterstudium mit wirtschaftswissenschaft-licher, naturwissenschaftlicher oder technischer Ausrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen bei einer Strategie- oder Managementberatung sammeln
- Du hast überdurchschnittlich ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und kommunizierst sicher in deutscher wie in englischer Sprache
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (v.a. PowerPoint und Excel)
- Die bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Drive mit, arbeitest dabei sehr gerne in kleinen Teams

What you'll be doing: - Managing all aspects of implementing Non-Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Contract Amendments and other associated documents ensuring compliance. - Managing all steps of the process for initiation and completion of all Site Contracts in parallel with study start up timelines and site initiation projections. - Liaising with the client for reporting on the status and execution of all documents. - Negotiating the terms of all Site Contract templates with each Sponsor. - Assisting with the development and maintenance of templates for CTAs, NDAs and other documents as needed. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent in legal studies or life sciences from an accredited institution. Law degree preferred. - At least 2 years of Contract Lead experience, including legal experience with contract language, escalation review, budget and template development, negotiations, direct interaction with Sponsor. - At least 1 year of related industry experience (CRO preferred). - Knowledge of basic requirements of contracts, non-disclosure agreements, powers of attorney and related documents. - Knowledge of Privacy Laws and regulations pertaining to cross border transfer of data. Requirements - This position is offered as an hourly paid contractor / freelancer. - It will be a full FTE with a contract duration of a year. - The successful candidate should be available at short notice and will ideally be set up to work in a freelance / contractor capacity.
