• Implement and manage SAP security solutions within SAP RISE (cloud and hybrid). • Design and configure user roles, access controls. and authorization profiles. • Ensure governance and compliance with SAP GRC tools. • Perform security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident management. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients for smooth SAP RISE transitions. • Provide user training and documentation on SAP security best practices.

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC.
  • Strong experience with SAP RISE, SAP S/4HANA, and cloud-based SAP landscapes.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • SAP GRC (ARA, ARM, EAM)
  • SAP SSO
  • IAM solutions
  • SAP Role Design & Authorization Management
  • SoD Risk Analysis & Compliance Controls
  • Experience in user administration, role provisioning, troubleshooting authorization issues, and audit support.
  • Understanding of SAP security concepts in cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams and client stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service).
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP security and access management.
  • Exposure to SAP Fiori Security and S/4HANA authorization concepts.
  • SAP Security or SAP GRC certifications will be an added advantage.

Title: Workday Security & Reporting Technical Lead Location: California Contract Job Description: OVERVIEW Our client is seeking a Technical Lead to join their organization to support Workday platform security and governance. They will lead, manage security, access governance, and data governance activities across the enterprise Workday platform, including HR, finance, payroll, procurement, and supply chain. This role will be responsible for ensuring the platform operates with strong security controls, scalable governance processes, and compliant access models while supporting a modern AI-enabled digital operating platform. In addition to Workday Security Administration, this role will oversee reporting and data access governance, support audit and compliance activities, and partner closely with HR, Finance, IT, internal audit, and enterprise architecture teams to enable a secure, scalable, and well-governed platform. This individual will play a key role in supporting the organization’s long-term roadmap for AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, and agentic capabilities within the Workday system ecosystem. *Must be eligible to work on W2 without sponsorship.
