Job Description
Lifestyle Marketing Associate – Account Director

• You'll own a portfolio of 4–6 lifestyle accounts, high-AOV or high SKU count consumer durables. • Serve as the primary strategic partner for your clients on a day-to-day basis, owning the narrative around performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring all marketing efforts ladder up to business objectives. • Act as the day-to-day strategic lead for Lifestyle clients, ensuring marketing efforts reflect full-funnel performance across longer purchase cycles and considered buying behavior. • Guide clients through awareness, consideration, and conversion strategy, helping them understand performance beyond last-click attribution. • Partner with Project Managers to ensure execution stays on track, while collaborating with the Account Director to refine quarterly strategy and long-term growth plans.
Job Requirements

- Familiar with upper-funnel channels (content, SEO, YouTube, programmatic) at a working level
- Has worked with brands where creative quality and storytelling are a competitive differentiator
- Has experience managing clients through longer measurement cycles without losing their confidence
- Strong written and verbal communication; can make a complex, multi-channel performance story legible to a non-technical client.

Director of Growth, Demand Generation – Full-Stack Marketing Leader
Pubgenius Inc.Profitable Publishing Without The Compromise.
• Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to identify, engage, and secure high-paying clients across multiple industries. • Build, scale, and secure our enterprise-grade outbound messaging channels, utilizing advanced identity enrichment and contact intelligence platforms to guarantee flawless primary-inbox deliverability directly to technical executives and decision-makers. • Rigorously track pipeline data to continuously optimize campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. You will have the support of our current marketer to execute web assets and paid acquisition tracks under your data direction. • Collaborate with our technical delivery teams and PMs to transform our massive success stories into high-end technical case studies, white papers, and data-backed pitches. • Take absolute accountability for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Pipeline Velocity, and Total Closed-Won Pipeline Value.
• Portcast is already trusted by global freight forwarders, manufacturers, and cargo airlines. Marketing is how we tell that story to the rest of the industry, fill the pipeline, and make our product impossible to ignore. We want a Marketing Director who can do both: set the strategy and roll up their sleeves to ship it. • Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the marketing function end to end and lead a lean team consisting of a Growth Marketing Manager and a Content Marketing Manager. This is not a role where you inherit a large organization or simply review campaigns. • Product Marketing will be your primary area of ownership. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions to launch new capabilities, refine our positioning, build compelling messaging, and equip our commercial teams with the assets they need to win. You'll also own our events strategy, deciding where Portcast shows up and ensuring every event creates measurable business impact. • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building. You are comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution, thrive in fast moving startup environments, and naturally take ownership without waiting for direction. You're curious about our domain, excited by AI, and enjoy learning the nuances of logistics and supply chains to tell better product stories.
