Role Description The Product Manager, Digital Commerce owns the strategy and execution for Wabash's customer-facing ecommerce platform — a B2B ordering and self-service experience spanning product catalog, configuration, contract-based pricing, and dealer/distributor capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and digital delivery, responsible not only for building and evolving platform capabilities but for driving measurable adoption of those capabilities across the customer and channel network. This is an individual contributor role with broad cross-functional influence. The PM sets multi-quarter roadmap direction, aligns engineering, UX, data, and commercial stakeholders around a shared product vision, and owns the go-to-market motion that turns feature releases into adoption outcomes. The role requires deep fluency in B2B commerce models — including how contract pricing, account structures, and channel dynamics shape buyer behavior — and the ability to navigate the integrations and dependencies that connect the commerce platform to the broader digital ecosystem. Responsibilities - Own the multi-quarter vision, strategy, and roadmap for the B2B ecommerce platform, including customer-facing ordering, self-service checkout, product catalog and configuration, and dealer/distributor portal experiences. - Lead go-to-market planning for platform capabilities — partnering with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to define adoption strategies, enablement plans, and success metrics that connect product releases to channel and revenue outcomes. - Develop deep understanding of B2B pricing and contract structures (account-based pricing, tiered contracts, distributor agreements) and translate that understanding into product decisions that support channel complexity without introducing friction. - Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, UX, data, operations, and commercial teams; manage dependencies across integrated systems and ensure roadmap sequencing reflects technical and business realities. - Define and track measurable outcomes — platform adoption rates, self-service order volume, channel engagement, and margin-relevant digital conversion — and use data to prioritize, adjust, and communicate direction. - Anticipate integration dependencies and surface risks across connected digital tools, ensuring the commerce platform operates coherently within the broader digital ecosystem. - Influence senior stakeholders through structured narratives, evidence-based recommendations, and clear articulation of tradeoffs. - Mentor junior product managers and product owners on discovery practices, prioritization frameworks, and strategic communication. - Own end-to-end customer adoption of the platform; including on-site visits with key accounts to drive activation and enablement, develop training materials in partnership with commercial teams, and track account-level adoption metrics to identify friction points and measure platform value realization. Qualifications - 8+ years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, customer-facing digital products. - Direct experience managing B2B ecommerce platforms — including ordering, catalog/configuration, and dealer or distributor-facing capabilities. - Proven ability to own go-to-market strategy and work cross-functionally with commercial teams to drive product adoption and measurable channel outcomes. - Fluency in B2B commerce models, including contract and account-based pricing structures and how they shape buyer experience and channel behavior. - Strong technical depth — able to engage meaningfully in architectural discussions, understand system integration complexity, and make sequencing decisions that reflect platform dependencies. - Experience influencing Directors and senior stakeholders through structured decision frameworks and clear product narratives. - Skilled in product discovery (research, prototyping, validation, experimentation) and translating customer and market insight into roadmap direction. - Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the product area across internal and external audiences. Leadership Attributes - Embrace Diversity and Inclusion – Solicit and respect the input of others, celebrate differences, and strive for transparency and inclusiveness. - Seek to Listen – Actively listen to reach the best solution and make the strongest decisions. - Always Learn – Strive to improve; do not quit or settle for the status quo. - Be Authentic – Demonstrate honesty, incredible energy, and grit in everything you do. - Win Together – Collaborate, seek alignment, and excel at cross-group communication to succeed as one team and One Wabash. Affirmative Action/EEO Statement Wabash is committed to providing equal employment opportunity for its associates and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, veteran status, disability, or other protected class or activity under federal, state, or local law. If you’re excited to help shape the future of healthcare, we’d love to meet you. Apply now to join our growing team. About the role We’re hiring Senior Product Managers to join our founding PM team. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re focused on productizing solutions that solve complex customer problems at scale. We’re looking for PMs who bring structure, ownership, strong customer intuition, and a builder mindset. If you’ve thrived in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments and want the ownership and leadership proximity that comes with being an early product hire at a high-growth company, this role is for you. What you’ll do - Lead product development from discovery to launch — partnering closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ship impactful, high-quality solutions. - Own your product area end-to-end: customer discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, execution, \iteration, and commercial outcomes. - Translate complex operational workflows into elegant, scalable product solutions that create measurable outcomes for customers. - Define and track success metrics — using data, user feedback, and business objectives to validate hypotheses and guide decisions. - Build an internal feedback flywheel with customer success and support to continuously surface and act on customer intelligence. - Work directly with executive leadership — you’ll have the access, the visibility, and the accountability that comes with it. - Navigate healthcare compliance and privacy considerations (HIPAA, payor requirements, auditability) as a core part of product design, not an afterthought. What we’re looking for Must-Have - 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of success in high-growth, scrappy environments. - An obsession with using AI tools to make your personal productivity exceptional through everything you do - Zero-to-One Mindset: Proven ability to build products from the ground up where no playbook exists. - Strong product instincts: can distill complex, messy workflows into elegant solutions and make defensible prioritization decisions under ambiguity. - Excellent communication — you can write a crisp PRD, present to a CTO, and run a customer discovery session with equal confidence. - Analytical and data-driven — you use metrics to make decisions, not to justify them after the fact. - Genuine curiosity about the problem space — you want to work on hard, ignored problems because you care about the impact. Strong-to-Have - Experience in B2B software or enterprise SaaS. - Experience shipping AI-powered or LLM-powered features to production. - Platform PM or API product experience. - 0-to-1 product launch experience. - Experience in regulated or compliance-driven product environments (fintech, healthcare, legal, government). Why join now - Define the product function — you’re joining a founding PM team, not fitting into an established org. - Work directly with world-class leadership — CPO, CTO, and CEO proximity from day one. - Meaningful equity at a company with real traction. - Named to TechCrunch AI Disruptors 60. - Greenfield technical opportunity — our context graph architecture is a genuinely novel system that gets smarter as frontier models improve. Plenful perks - Unlimited PTO, comprehensive health insurance, $100/week grocery stipend, health & wellness stipend, team offsites, 401K matching, and stock options. - Join a founding product team with direct access to executive leadership. - Opportunities to shape the product function from the ground up — define what great looks like at Plenful. Hybrid Workplace Plenful is headquartered in San Francisco, with an east coast office in New York City. New hires in SF and NYC are expected to work in-office four days per week. Outside of these hubs, we’re remote-first.
