Senior Product Manager

Plenful

Title: Senior Product Manager Location: New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, USA Department: Product Job Description: About Plenful Plenful is on a mission to transform healthcare operations from the inside out. Fresh off our $50M Series B and backed by Notable Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, TQ Ventures, Susa/Kivu Ventures, and other leading investors, we’re building the category-defining AI workflow automation platform that healthcare teams rely on to operate smarter, faster, and more efficiently. Our technology empowers healthcare operators across hospital and health systems, pharmacies and payors to eliminate manual work, reduce administrative burden, and improve compliance, all while unlocking critical revenue to fund programs for their in-need patient populations. Built by healthcare operators for healthcare operators, Plenful is driven by a deep understanding of the challenges facing today’s care teams. We’re passionate about equipping healthcare workers with world-class tools that deliver real, measurable impact, and we’re proud to serve 60+ leading health systems across the country. If you’re excited to help shape the future of healthcare, we’d love to meet you. Apply now to join our growing team. About the role We’re hiring Senior Product Managers to join our founding PM team. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re focused on productizing solutions that solve complex customer problems at scale. We’re looking for PMs who bring structure, ownership, strong customer intuition, and a builder mindset. If you’ve thrived in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments and want the ownership and leadership proximity that comes with being an early product hire at a high-growth company, this role is for you. What you’ll do - Lead product development from discovery to launch — partnering closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ship impactful, high-quality solutions. - Own your product area end-to-end: customer discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, execution, \iteration, and commercial outcomes. - Translate complex operational workflows into elegant, scalable product solutions that create measurable outcomes for customers. - Define and track success metrics — using data, user feedback, and business objectives to validate hypotheses and guide decisions. - Build an internal feedback flywheel with customer success and support to continuously surface and act on customer intelligence. - Work directly with executive leadership — you’ll have the access, the visibility, and the accountability that comes with it. - Navigate healthcare compliance and privacy considerations (HIPAA, payor requirements, auditability) as a core part of product design, not an afterthought. What we’re looking for Must-Have - 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of success in high-growth, scrappy environments. - An obsession with using AI tools to make your personal productivity exceptional through everything you do - Zero-to-One Mindset: Proven ability to build products from the ground up where no playbook exists. - Strong product instincts: can distill complex, messy workflows into elegant solutions and make defensible prioritization decisions under ambiguity. - Excellent communication — you can write a crisp PRD, present to a CTO, and run a customer discovery session with equal confidence. - Analytical and data-driven — you use metrics to make decisions, not to justify them after the fact. - Genuine curiosity about the problem space — you want to work on hard, ignored problems because you care about the impact. Strong-to-Have - Experience in B2B software or enterprise SaaS. - Experience shipping AI-powered or LLM-powered features to production. - Platform PM or API product experience. - 0-to-1 product launch experience. - Experience in regulated or compliance-driven product environments (fintech, healthcare, legal, government). Why join now - Define the product function — you’re joining a founding PM team, not fitting into an established org. - Work directly with world-class leadership — CPO, CTO, and CEO proximity from day one. - Meaningful equity at a company with real traction. - Named to TechCrunch AI Disruptors 60. - Greenfield technical opportunity — our context graph architecture is a genuinely novel system that gets smarter as frontier models improve. Plenful perks - Unlimited PTO, comprehensive health insurance, $100/week grocery stipend, health & wellness stipend, team offsites, 401K matching, and stock options. - Join a founding product team with direct access to executive leadership. - Opportunities to shape the product function from the ground up — define what great looks like at Plenful. Hybrid Workplace Plenful is headquartered in San Francisco, with an east coast office in New York City. New hires in SF and NYC are expected to work in-office four days per week. Outside of these hubs, we’re remote-first.

Title: Product Manager, Service Referral Management Location Binti HQ - San Francisco, CA Employment Type Full time Location Type Hybrid Department Product Compensation $160K – $270K • Offers Equity Job Description: Binti builds software for state and county government agencies, focusing on reinventing social services. We started in child welfare, with the mission of helping every child have a safe, loving, and stable family. To date, we’ve helped approve more than 100,000 families to foster or adopt, and we support over 49% of the nation’s child welfare system. We have expanded our product offerings in child welfare, moving more to the root of the problem, helping families stay together and avoid separation, and are now expanding horizontally across other areas in social services. Binti is a for-profit, mission-driven software company based in San Francisco, CA. Investors include Founders Fund, First Round Capital, Kapor Capital, and others. We’re a team of ~90 people and growing quickly. We care about creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome and can bring their full self to work. We have a huge, ambitious vision to rewire government to be more effective in expanding opportunities for people around the world, and we are looking for mission-driven, high-empathy, high-performance, and low-ego team members to join us on our exciting journey towards that vision. SCOPE The majority of child welfare cases are driven by neglect, not abuse, which means the single highest-leverage intervention is keeping families together before a child ever enters the system. The Families First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA) opened the door for states to claim federal Title IV-E reimbursement for evidence-based prevention services like mental health treatment, substance use counseling, and in-home parenting programs. The catch: most states can't operationalize it. Only a handful have successfully claimed any of the available funding, and the problem is coordination, with public agencies and private providers working in disconnected systems, tracking services through email and spreadsheets, and losing critical data before it can be used for claiming. Binti's Service Referral Management (SRM) module changes that. It creates a closed-loop referral system between public agencies and private providers, enabling agencies to 1) create, send, and receive referrals, 2) track services from intake through completion, 3) manage FFPSA eligibility and prevention plans, and 4) export clean data for federal reimbursement. SRM is Binti's newest and fastest-growing product, with significant expansion planned across our existing customer base and new states. ABOUT THE ROLE Binti PMs drive the strategy and execution of Binti's roadmap. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and customer-facing teams, alongside an experienced and ambitious group of fellow PMs. We're looking for a Product Manager to own SRM's next chapter — expanding to new states, deepening the closed-loop referral experience, and building toward the most effective services platform in the country. This is a chance to own a product that sits at the intersection of federal policy, complex multi-stakeholder workflows, and real impact for families. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Own product strategy and roadmap for the SRM product. - Translate the needs of caseworkers, agency leadership, private providers, and families into a clear multi-year vision and a sharp quarterly roadmap. - Drive the metrics that matter: services referred and completed, FFPSA reimbursement claimed, provider response time, family engagement, and social worker time saved. - Identify where AI can transform prevention workflows and partner with engineering to ship responsibly. - Prototype rapidly using AI tools (Lovable, Claude, Cursor, v0) to test ideas with users in days, not weeks. We expect PMs to use AI aggressively in their own workflow. - Shadow caseworkers, supervisors, private providers, and families. Deep user understanding is non-negotiable here, especially in a domain as complex and consequential as prevention services. - Push configurability and scale. SRM has to flex to every state's FFPSA prevention plan, eligibility criteria, and provider network while staying coherent and minimizing operational overhead. WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT YOU - 3+ years of product management experience, preferably at a high-growth B2B or enterprise SaaS company. Experience with regulated, government-facing, or complex workflow software is a plus. - A track record of scaling products meaningfully — taking something from early-stage to category-defining. - Comfort with multi-sided platforms and complex stakeholder dynamics: you've navigated products where different user types have different views, permissions, and incentives. - AI-native in how you work and what you build. You already use Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or v0 daily, and have informed opinions on where LLMs and agentic patterns belong (and don't) in high-stakes workflows. - Deep experience with user research and turning those insights into actionable updates. - Comfort wearing many hats — flexing into UX, design, prompt engineering, and project management as needed. - Sharp judgment on tradeoffs: north star vs. MVP, quantitative vs. qualitative, customer-specific vs. platform, configurability vs. simplicity. - Excellent written and verbal communication with a range of audiences, from executives and agency leadership to caseworkers and provider staff. - Passion for building and working with diverse teams, as well as Binti's mission and values. LOCATION Binti is headquartered in Downtown San Francisco. This role is hybrid — in-person from our SF office Mondays and Thursdays (with free lunch!), remote the rest of the week. Final selected candidates may be required to undergo a background and reference check, including verification of employment and education, criminal history review, and, where applicable, fingerprinting. BENEFITS & PERKS - An above-market compensation package (salary + equity) - Excellent medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - 99% of insurance premiums covered for you + your dependents - Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend - 13 paid holidays; 11 federally observed holidays (including Juneteenth), plus Election Day and the day after Thanksgiving - 16 weeks of paid parental bonding leave for the arrival of a newborn or newly placed infant - Sick/mental health time separate from vacation days (accrue up to a cap of 80 hours) - 4 weeks of sabbatical after 4 years of service at the company - 401k, Commuter benefits, FSA, and DCFSA - $5,000 annual bonus for employees who volunteer as a CASA (court-appointed special advocates) - $2,500 annual reimbursement for ongoing learning and development, with opportunities to attend trainings/conferences, on-site speaker series, and lunch and learns - $300 reimbursement for initial office setup - $50 a month effective work reimbursement to cover internet, electricity, office setup costs, or lunch/snacks with coworkers - Paid jury duty At Binti, we celebrate having a diverse team and believe our differences make us stronger. Binti is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace and is an equal-opportunity employer. We welcome all qualified applicants to apply without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, or protected Veteran status.
