Job Description

Regional Sales Coordinator – Southeast

Grupo Moas

• Lead, develop and monitor the performance of sales representatives in the Southeast region, fostering a high-performance culture; • Ensure execution of the commercial strategy for the Buba and Buba Care brands, guaranteeing excellence in product display, assortment, pricing, distribution, replenishment and turnover at points of sale; • Manage the region's key commercial indicators, tracking billing, profitability, coverage, category performance and growth opportunities; • Conduct strategic visits to key customers, major retail chains, distributors and partners, strengthening relationships and identifying new business opportunities; • Prospect new clients, expand regional coverage and contribute to increasing the brands' market presence; • Prepare and track action plans to drive results, ensuring achievement of established commercial targets; • Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Planning to ensure execution of campaigns and commercial initiatives; • Analyze market trends, competitors and customer behavior, proposing improvements and strategies to gain competitiveness; • Support demand planning and monitor regional inventories, contributing to efficient operations;

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or related fields;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing commercial/sales teams;
  • Strong background in serving retail channels, wholesale and distributors;
  • Proven track record of team development, business expansion and meeting commercial targets;
  • Experience managing indicators (KPIs), commercial planning and negotiating with strategic customers;
  • Full availability to travel. All travel and transportation expenses are covered by the company, in accordance with internal policy.
