Digital Infrastructure Engineer

This role involves working at the cutting edge of digital asset infrastructure, empowering financial institutions to deliver innovative services in crypto. You will contribute to foundational systems that enhance the efficiency and security of digital asset management. Develop and maintain infrastructure that powers digital asset custody, trading, staking, and settlement for enterprise financial institutions. Contribute to virtual accounting layers, API integrations, and multi-tenant platform architectures with guidance from senior engineers. Write clear, concise, tested code and participate in code reviews to improve engineering practices. Take ownership of the full lifecycle of features—from development through deployment. Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and document technical improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on platform goals. Participate in on-call rotation to provide product support for owned software and infrastructure.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional experience building backend services and distributed systems.
  • Experience contributing to customer-facing APIs or multi-tenant platform architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native microservices (experience with GCP is a plus).
  • A track record of writing automated tests alongside features and supporting production systems.
  • Experience participating in on-call support and incident response for production systems.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals including algorithms and data structures.
  • A genuine interest in code quality, infrastructure reliability, and security.
  • Ability to prioritize end-user experience and business value.
