MESPC Account Specialist
RTX
• Collaborating with suppliers and P&W’s product development teams (IPT’s) • Customer focused, strong communication skills, ability to deliver results • Responsibility for all aspects of supply chain management, including sourcing strategy, negotiation, order placement, and delivery assurance • Supporting the TF33 Engine Program, working to restart the production of military spare parts • Creating the sourcing strategy and coordinating source selection alignment • Proactively tracking and managing supplier work in process (WIP), identifying risks, and maintaining promise dating • Maintaining purchase orders including supplier exceptions, technical definition changes, pricing, and delivery • Coordinating resolution of quality issues, QN’s, and RCCA for supplier quality escapes • Identifying and managing supplier risks to program industrial plans • Ability to travel as needed 10-15%
Job Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years experience in supply chain, operations or related field
- An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Expert in written communication, including Microsoft PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools - specifically Excel
- Experience using SAP
- Experience managing supplier relationships
