Mit deiner Arbeit sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Finanzprozesse zuverlässig laufen und wichtige Unternehmensentscheidungen auf einer sauberen Datenbasis getroffen werden können. Aufgaben - Du prüfst und bearbeitest Eingangsrechnungen und sorgst dafür, dass Zahlungsfristen zuverlässig eingehalten werden. - Du unterstützt die vorbereitende Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung und arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem Steuerbüro zusammen. - Du wirkst bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und erhältst spannende Einblicke in die Finance-Prozesse eines wachsenden Startups. - Du erstellst Reisekostenabrechnungen und unterstützt bei weiteren administrativen Finance-Themen. - Du bereitest unser monatliches Reporting auf und hilfst dabei, wichtige Unternehmenskennzahlen übersichtlich darzustellen. - Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und unterstützt dabei, bestehende Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Qualifications - Aktives Studium im Bereich BWL, Finance, Accounting oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. - Zahlenaffinität sowie eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise. - Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. - Erste Erfahrungen mit DATEV oder DATEV Unternehmen online sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. - Sicherer Umgang mit Excel oder Google Sheets. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
