We are looking for a licensed, part-time therapist who is enthusiastic about providing mental health services to the entire family. A clinical supervisor is the person this role reports to. Responsibilities: • Employ evidence-based methods to encourage, direct, and assist our members in achieving their objectives • Work closely with other clinical team members, such as psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers • Test out new therapeutic methods and protocols. • Attend training sessions on our specialized curriculum and collaborative care style. Requirements: • Hold an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC licensure. • Must be licensed in Massachusetts. Licensure in other states is a plus. • Experience using video telehealth and being tech savvy • Motivated and organized by a vibrant team environment • A friendly and interesting clinical tone • Dedicated to supporting young people's goal-setting • Willingness to work evening shifts is desirable
