Role Description Atualmente, estamos procurando um(a) Consultor(a) de Vendas para trabalhar com clientes no Brasil. O principal objetivo desta função é realizar consultorias e apresentações dos programas educacionais da Kodland para pais e alunos, além de acompanhar os clientes no processo de tomada de decisão até a compra. Esta é uma vaga totalmente remota. - Realizar consultas e apresentações online dos cursos da Kodland - Comunicar-se com pais e potenciais clientes - Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e recomendar programas de aprendizagem adequados - Gerenciar o funil de vendas e conduzir os clientes até a conversão - Trabalhar com sistemas de CRM e registrar os resultados das interações - Atingir metas individuais de vendas (KPIs) - Participar de treinamentos e reuniões de equipe Qualifications - Experiência em vendas ou atendimento ao cliente (preferencialmente online) - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação - Capacidade de conduzir apresentações e lidar com objeções - Foco em resultados e em metas (KPIs) - Autogestão e responsabilidade em ambiente de trabalho remoto - Disponibilidade para trabalhar 30–35 horas por semana, incluindo alguns finais de semana - Fluência em português (obrigatório para o mercado brasileiro) Company Description Somos a Kodland, uma escola online de programação para crianças e adolescentes que atua no mercado internacional.
