This role blends hands-on recruiting, people leadership, and strategic partnership with engineering and business leaders across the organization. Use data and market insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness - Guide Offer Strategy & Closing - Support complex offer negotiations, balancing competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance requirements - Ensure Compliance & Process Quality - Maintain compliance with company policies, OFCCP requirements, and federal contractor standards while promoting efficient, scalable recruiting processes Who You Are: - Demonstrated experience directly managing recruiters, including performance management and development - 10–15+ years of recruiting experience, with significant focus on technical roles - Experience recruiting in defense, aerospace, government contracting, or national security environments - Experience supporting R&D or advanced engineering organizations - Demonstrated success recruiting for hard-to-fill technical positions such as cyber security, analytics, software, systems, sensors, radar, or RF as well as non-technical operations roles - Experience improving or scaling recruiting processes in complex or regulated environments - Experience recruiting both cleared and uncleared talent - Strong stakeholder partnership, communication, and leadership skills - Proficient with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred); experience with ATS migration a plus - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Experience with university or early-career hiring pipelines - Experience with Skillbridge a plus - Ability to obtain and hold a DoD security clearance, for which U.S citizenship is needed by the U.S government Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $148,000-$168,000 The salary range listed is based on external market data.
