Role Description Our client is undergoing a global infrastructure/hardware refresh initiative, where they are looking to refresh Hardware, HCI infrastructure, Firewalls, Routers, and Switches across multiple industrial sites. They are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to support the growing portfolio of initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving complex infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity projects in fast-paced, highly dynamic environments where priorities, timelines, and requirements often evolve. This is a highly visible role requiring a strong communicator who can operate independently, lead technical discussions, drive accountability, and effectively translate project status, risks, and financial impacts to both customers and executive management. - Lead multiple IT infrastructure projects from initiation through completion - Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of infrastructure, network, security, and business stakeholders - Establish project governance, reporting standards, and communication frameworks - Provide accurate and actionable project status reporting to management and customers - Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies - Drive visibility into project health and proactively escalate issues when necessary - Partner with technical teams to ensure infrastructure requirements are properly defined and executed - Manage project financials, including forecasting, change management, and cost controls - Communicate project risks, hardware lead times, pricing fluctuations, and delivery impacts to stakeholders - Ensure project information is standardized, organized, and easily consumable by leadership - Drive accountability across internal teams, vendors, and customers to meet project objectives - Support continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting practices Qualifications - Must be located in Brazil and fluent in Portuguese and English (Sao Paulo preferred) - Infrastructure Project Manager
