Players Pins, a fast-growing sports collectibles brand, is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to drive our brand presence, engage our audience, and support our sales efforts. As Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating a passionate collector base and expanding our reach within the sports and entertainment industry. This role will report direct to one of the founders of Players Pins and will supervise 1-2 marketing coordinators. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Players Pins products and brand. - Manage Players Pins' social media presence, content calendar, and engagement across relevant platforms. - Manage social media influencer program, outreach, and reporting. - Oversee website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines. - Create and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers. - Develop compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and sales support materials. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities. - Collaborate closely with the sales, design, and product development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. - Manage public relations efforts and foster relationships with media outlets and influencers. - Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. - Plan and coordinate Players Pins' participation in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities. - Manage marketing budget and resources efficiently.
