Role Description Au sein d’une équipe de 10 personnes, vous êtes responsable, pour un secteur économique spécifique, de trois enquêtes Activité et conditions d'emploi de la main-d'œuvre (Acemo) : - l’enquête trimestrielle (évolutions conjoncturelles des salaires et emplois vacants) ; - l’enquête annuelle sur l’épargne salariale ; - l’enquête sur le dialogue social en entreprise. Vous serez potentiellement sollicité pour apporter un appui au traitement d'autres enquêtes de la Dares, telle que l'enquête Evac sur les emplois vacants. Vos missions principales : - Assurer le traitement et la qualité des données de la collecte : - Contribuer au respect du calendrier de collecte ; - Examiner les réponses aux questionnaires des entreprises et en apprécier la cohérence ; - Réaliser les actions nécessaires à la complétude et à la fiabilisation des données recueillies ; - Échanger avec les correspondants afin d’apporter une assistance et de faciliter la bonne réalisation des enquêtes. - Garantir la qualité et la mise à jour du répertoire des unités enquêtées : - Assurer la qualité et la fiabilité de la base de données d'identification des entreprises et des contacts ; - Mettre à jour la situation des unités interrogées (cessations d'activité, regroupements, restructurations, exclusions) dans l'application métier dédiée ; - Collaborer activement avec la responsable opérationnelle de la base pour veiller à la cohérence et à la validité des informations. - Contribuer au bon fonctionnement collectif du pôle : - Assurer la réception et le traitement des demandes adressées à la boîte mail fonctionnelle ; - Participer aux opérations de gestion documentaire et d’archivage ; - Apporter, selon les besoins du service et votre expertise (notamment en outils statistiques), un appui aux opérations de routage des questionnaires et d’amélioration de la qualité des enquêtes. The firm's transaction reporting managed services function is growing, and this role sits at the centre of that expansion. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for the end to end management of client transaction reporting workflows, acting as the key point of contact between clients, internal technology teams and compliance stakeholders. This is a client facing leadership role covering regimes such as EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC and SFTR, and offers broad exposure across legal, compliance, technology and client facing functions within a fast moving regulatory environment.
