Role Description Vous assurerez, en lien étroit avec les responsables pédagogiques, les secrétariats pédagogiques, les services mutualisés du Pôle Humanités, la secrétaire générale et la doyenne, la coordination administrative et pédagogique des formations. Vous garantirez la circulation et la fiabilité des informations relatives à l’offre de formation, aux modalités de contrôle des connaissances, aux inscriptions pédagogiques et au suivi des effectifs étudiants. - Accompagner les équipes dans l’harmonisation des procédures, le respect du calendrier universitaire et le pilotage des activités pédagogiques. - Assurer le suivi des moyens d’enseignement, des charges d’enseignement et des dossiers des enseignants vacataires, en appui à la secrétaire générale. - Assurer la transmission des informations en provenance des services mutualisés (Scolarité, examens, Formation continue), de l'équipe pédagogique et de la direction. - Suivre l'évolution de l'offre de formation avec les responsables pédagogiques en lien avec le service scolarité du Pôle Humanités. - Gérer le suivi des heures d'enseignement. Qualifications - Formation et/ou qualification : Bac à Bac + 2 en gestion administrative ou secrétariat, maîtrise des outils informatiques. - Expériences antérieures pour occuper le poste : 2 à 5 ans. Requirements - Connaissance du fonctionnement de l'enseignement supérieur, de la gestion pédagogique et de l'organisation des enseignements. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et informatiques, culture internet (Suite Office, messagerie, plateformes pédagogiques). - Mettre en œuvre une procédure. - Savoir accueillir du public. - Savoir rechercher l'information et la vérifier. - Travailler en équipe. - Techniques d'élaboration et de classement de documents. - Sens de l'organisation, Rigueur, Fiabilité et Réactivité. - Savoir gérer son activité dans un calendrier contraint. - Aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler en équipe. - Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité des données traitées.
