• Conferência de negociações de fornecedores nos sistemas legados, garantindo integridade das informações; • Cadastro de hotéis, serviços e parceiros nos sistemas internos, assegurando precisão e cumprimento de prazos; • Conversão de valores conforme regras financeiras e operacionais; • Cadastro de valores de reservas internacionais (Euro e Dólar) com aplicação correta de alíquotas; • Conferência e solicitação de pagamentos de comissão; • Mediação de contratos por meio de Solicitação de Pagamento; • Processamento de ressarcimentos, devoluções e ajustes financeiros conforme normas internas; • Edição, validação, formatação e organização de documentos administrativos; • Organização e atualização de arquivos digitais, garantindo rastreabilidade documental; • Atualização de planilhas, bases de dados e sistemas com padronização das informações; • Suporte às áreas internas com esclarecimento de dúvidas e apoio operacional; • Atendimento e alinhamento com parceiros externos e fornecedores; • Apoio na melhoria de processos administrativos e acompanhamento de pendências; • Cumprimento de prazos e atuação colaborativa para garantir fluidez das operações.
Job Requirements
- Ensino médio completo (Diferencial estar cursando Administração, Turismo, Hotelaria ou áreas correlatas);
- Conhecimento em ferramentas Google para criação e manutenção de planilhas, documentos e organização de arquivos;
- Pacote Office (Excel e Word) para controles, registros, relatórios e documentos administrativos;
- Experiência com sistemas legados para cadastros, atualizações, conferências e lançamentos operacionais.
