Como Profissional Product Owner você vai: - Atuar estrategicamente na análise e especificação de requisitos funcionais e não-funcionais, com foco na entrega de soluções alinhadas ao negócio. - Participar ativamente em reuniões de definição e validação de sistemas, apoiando testes com visão crítica e orientada ao usuário. - Apoiar na construção e refinamento do backlog do produto, propondo melhorias e garantindo alinhamento entre as necessidades dos usuários e as entregas da equipe de desenvolvimento. - Ser o responsável por revisões técnicas de documentação, apoio na aprovação junto a clientes e proposição de soluções eficazes. - Liderar equipes de especificação, mentorar profissionais e conduzir treinamentos e rodas de conversa para disseminação de conhecimento. - Realizar análise de mercado e negócios dos clientes, contribuindo para decisões estratégicas, identificação de oportunidades e apoio ao fechamento de novos projetos. Qualifications - Experiência com aplicação de metodologias ágeis e modelos em cascata. - Domínio de ferramentas de gerenciamento de requisitos, como Jira, Trello e Azure Boards. - Experiência com técnicas e ferramentas para levantamento de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais, elaboração de especificações funcionais, histórias de usuário, casos de uso, cenários BDD e matriz de rastreabilidade. - Familiaridade com ferramentas de prototipação de baixa fidelidade e métricas de produto. - Conhecimento básico em banco de dados, incluindo modelagem, relacionamentos e consultas SQL. Requirements - Superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Análise de Sistemas, Engenharia ou áreas afins. - Certificação CSPO. - Inglês intermediário para conversação. - Conhecimento em elaboração de Diagramas como UML e BPMN. - Conhecimento básico de lógica de programação. - Conhecimento em UX/UI.
