Role Description Vous avez pour mission d’agir au nom de l’entreprise pour un achat de besoins réels et fonctionnels en procédant à un appel d’offres ou une consultation tout en respectant la politique et la stratégie de l’entreprise. Les missions de l’Acheteur tournent autour de 4 opérations principales : - L’organisation des achats - Achats et impact sur la rentabilité : acquérir des produits en adoptant l’éthique d’un acheteur responsable et garantir une rentabilité auprès des dirigeants (Passage de Commande). - Identifier et analyser les besoins de l’entreprise : besoins réels et fonctionnels (Demande d’achat et demande de prix), cahier des charges, demande de RFI… - Analyser et prospecter les marchés fournisseurs : étude globale du marché concerné, sourcing, gestions des risques et opportunités… - Elaboration d’une stratégie achat : massification, partenariat, standardisation… - La réalisation des achats - Répondre à un besoin d’achat : analyse fonctionnelle et analyse de valeur (expertise métier : cycle de vie, produit de substitution, pénurie, indice des taux, mode de production et transport…). - Gestion et sourcing du panel fournisseurs : sourcer, sélectionner et évaluer le panel selon les critères de l’entreprise. - Gestion d’un appel d’offres : lancement, dépouillement, préconisation et négociation. - La gestion des risques juridiques à l’achat - Gestion des Contrats fournisseurs : Renouvellement, Avenants, RFA ou RC… - Maîtriser les fondements du droit des achats : respecter la politique Achat Groupe : compliance, politique achat et éthique (SVP, Actradis, contrats cadres…). - Maîtriser les fondamentaux des contrats : CGV, CGA, délai de paiement, indice, taux de change, lettre de résiliation, solliciter le support juridique… - Sécuriser les aspects financiers du contrat : conditions. - La négociation aux achats - Préparer, conduire et contractualiser une négociation achat. Qualifications - Diplômé Bac +4/5 en école d’ingénieur ou de commerce ou d’achat/logistique. - Justifie d’une première expérience réussie dans ce domaine. - Dispose d’un bon sens du relationnel et des priorités. - Capacité à travailler en équipe. - Possède de bonnes capacités de communication orales et écrites. - Maîtrise de l’anglais. Requirements - Stratégie et négociation d’achats. - Gestion contractuelle. - Gestion panel fournisseurs – Industrie équipements électroniques & IT. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et le monde du Web : bases de données, tableurs, SAP, Outlook, Teams.
