Role Description As an Archicad Expert, you will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate architectural documentation for Residential and Commercial projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and deliver high-quality interior documentation solutions. This role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to groundbreaking projects. - Create detailed documentation using Archicad software: 3D Model, Constructive Drawings, Demolition Plans, etc. - Create attractive photorealistic renderings. - Collaborate with architects & designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications. - Review and revise documentation based on feedback and requirements. - Maintain a thorough understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards. - Contribute to the development and improvement of interior documentation processes and procedures. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related queries and challenges. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Archicad software and recommend enhancements to optimize project efficiency. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. - Proven experience as an Archicad Expert. - Proficiency in Archicad software including creating 3D models, generating construction documentation, and managing project data. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise interior documentation solutions. - Fluent in English. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address project-related queries. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and standards related to Interior Design in the US. - Previous experience working for the US will be valued. - Having a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects related to the job description. Role Description Evans is seeking a skilled AV Designer to join our Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team. This pivotal role focuses on developing and implementing Audio Visual and Technology (AV&T) solutions tailored for Control Room (CR) environments. The AV Designer will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-performance, secure, and user-friendly technology solutions that meet industry-specific requirements. Qualifications - College diploma or university degree in AV, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field, or ten (10) years of direct AV&T industry experience. - Extensive experience designing AV systems for Control Room applications. - Knowledge of KVM systems and IT infrastructure integration. - Experience in developing AV&T diagrams, Bills of Material, pricing, and cabling/power requirements. - Understanding of AV&T integration from design to execution. Requirements - Develop conceptual AV&T solutions based on customer operational needs, in collaboration with Evans’ Consulting team. - Balance solution development with customer needs, budget constraints, partner relationships, and risk mitigation. - Create detailed AV&T designs including hardware, software, cabling, displays, switches, and audio components. - Coordinate AV&T demos and proof-of-concept evaluations for customers. - Prepare detailed pricing using internal tools and vendor quotes for hardware, software, integration, training, and maintenance. - Communicate design details to Consulting, Architectural Design, and Construction Services teams. - Develop AV&T component lists for console integration and Technical Solutions Guide (TSG). - Build strong relationships with manufacturers and integration partners. - Continuously evolve technology understanding and improve control room solutions. - Present technology vision to customers and ensure accurate, functional, and budget-compliant designs. - Adhere to departmental processes for engagement, solution development, and pricing. - Ensure timely creation and approval of project documentation. - Report issues using appropriate tools and apply continuous improvement practices to enhance solution quality and customer experience.
