Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Stone & Marble Works to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position for someone who can start immediately and has no notice period. - Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for stone and marble projects. - Manage both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract quantity surveying activities. - Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents. - Prepare tender submissions, cost plans, and pricing analyses. - Evaluate variations, progress claims, and final accounts. - Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle. - Coordinate with project managers, estimators, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Prepare reports, cost forecasts, and commercial documentation. - Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with Stone & Marble Works projects. - Solid experience in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract quantity surveying. - Advanced proficiency in PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu. - Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting. - Strong understanding of BOQs, tendering, cost control, variations, and final accounts. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. - Must be available to join immediately (no notice period required). Role Description As a Care Advocate, you will be responsible for engaging prospective patients through proactive outbound calls and multichannel outreach to drive awareness and enrollment in TailorCare’s musculoskeletal (MSK) care navigation program. You’ll often serve as the first point of contact, guiding patients through the value of our services and creating a personalized, empathetic, and compelling experience. This is a high-volume, outbound call center role focused on healthcare engagement, where you will connect with patients and their caregivers to identify barriers and motivate them to take action toward improved musculoskeletal (MSK) care. This is a non-exempt (hourly) position. This is a 100% remote role. Candidates must be available to work hours aligned with Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zones.
