• Own end-to-end preparation and filing of bank regulatory reports, including FFIEC Call Reports (031/041/051), and other required filings with the OCC, FDIC, and other applicable regulators. • Build and maintain the regulatory reporting framework, including reporting calendars, data sourcing workflows, reconciliation procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Interpret and apply regulatory reporting instructions (FFIEC, OCC, FDIC, Federal Reserve) to Sezzle's unique business model, ensuring proper classification and reporting of BNPL-related assets, liabilities, income, and capital. • Monitor and implement changes to regulatory reporting requirements, including new or revised schedules, reporting thresholds, and interpretive guidance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to source data, resolve reporting questions, and ensure consistency between regulatory filings and GAAP financial statements. • Support regulatory examinations and audits by providing documentation, responding to examiner inquiries related to Call Report data, and remediating findings as needed. • Partner with external auditors and consultants on regulatory reporting matters, including agreed-upon procedures and attestation engagements. • Develop and maintain documentation of regulatory reporting policies, procedures, and methodologies to support SOX compliance and institutional knowledge. • Leverage technology and automation to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of the regulatory reporting process. Champion the use of AI and modern tools to streamline data aggregation, validation, and submission workflows. • Provide regulatory reporting expertise to leadership on the financial reporting implications of new products, strategic initiatives, and changes to Sezzle's banking operations.

• The Regional Financial Analyst will support the financial operations of CRS by analyzing financial data, preparing analysis reports, and direct support to the CWARO portfolio with financial analysis projects. • Performs detailed financial analysis, identifies trends and variances, conducts ad hoc analyses, and makes informed recommendations based on financial data. • Performs monthly review of actual financial performance against budget and ensures that projections and monthly reports are accurate. • Supports in compiling analysis on the overall financial health of the country programs. • Supports in the development of proposal budgets for country programs. • Supports country offices in implementing Internal/External audit corrective action plans. • Assists in special projects/analyses to resolve accounting reconciliations, complex financial practices or new grant setup within the region. • Conduct periodic support visits to the country programs. • Support the onboarding process for Finance staff across the region. • Provide training and capacity building for finance and program staff on financial management, policies, and procedures. • Contributes to Global Finance initiatives to improve financial reporting tools, job aids, and ERP finance functionality.

• Provide broad oversight and day-to-day ownership across Sun World’s annual budgeting cycle, partnering with the FP&A Manager to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-departmental inputs • Serve as a key point of contact for department heads during budget submission and revision cycles, supporting them in Sun World’s proprietary budgeting system • Consolidate departmental budgets into the broader corporate financial model and support executive review • Own the monthly budget vs. actuals process, including leading recurring check-in meetings with each department to review performance, investigate variances, and capture forward-looking commentary • Maintain consistent, real-time tracking and monitoring of budget vs. actuals across all departments and cost centers • Prepare monthly updates on capital expenditures, headcount, and other key financial metrics for internal leadership • Support the preparation of materials delivered to Bridgepoint, including month-end Board presentation decks, supporting Excel schedules, and ad-hoc analyses • Help ensure all investor-facing deliverables meet a high standard of accuracy, consistency, and presentation quality • Partner with the FP&A Manager on any supplemental requests from the Bridgepoint team • Build, maintain, and enhance PowerBI dashboards used across the organization, including updates tied to model changes, new KPIs, and evolving stakeholder needs • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring reporting workflows • Contribute to ad-hoc analyses, business cases, and scenario modeling as needed
