WBS Training
• As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING you will represent your field with passion and foresight • Deliver instruction via MS Teams • Design interactive online lessons using modern, learner-activating teaching methods • Prepare and develop course materials aligned with the IHK curriculum framework • Create practice-oriented exercises and assignments • Provide targeted preparation for the IHK examination
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in media, printing, communications, media management, or a related field
- Ideally certified as a Media Specialist (Medienfachwirt), Master Craftsman in Print Media (Industriemeister Printmedien), or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the media and print industry
- Solid knowledge of products and processes in print and digital media production
- Knowledge of sales and business processes
- Elective specialization focus: "Digital Media"
- Didactic/teaching skills
- Experience in vocational training or adult education
- AEVO (trainer aptitude certificate) or comparable pedagogical qualification desirable
- Confident use of digital teaching and communication tools (especially MS Teams)
- Methodical and didactic skill in conveying complex content
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and self-organization
- Enjoy motivating and supporting learners in a practical, hands-on way
- Experience in advanced vocational training and participation on IHK examination committees is an advantage

Role Description Clinical Documentation Principal Trainer responsible for developing and delivering EHR training, supporting providers, and optimizing documentation workflows. Partners with informatics and IT to improve efficiency, compliance, and patient care outcomes. MUST BE A CERTIFIED CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION PRINCIPLE TRAINER FROM EPIC.
