• Execute targeted cold calling strategies to generate leads and drive business growth; meet minimum weekly demo bookings. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities within the veterinary industry. • Establish and nurture initial client contacts, understanding their needs and providing insights into our solutions. • Engage in initial sales conversations with potential clients to lay the groundwork for future deals. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition of client accounts to project implementation teams. • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and lead generation, with a track record of meeting and exceeding call targets.
- Background in the veterinary industry, with a preference for candidates with sales or business development experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at quick thinking and problem-solving in client interactions.
- Proven ability to manage preliminary stages of client engagement and nurture accounts towards revenue growth.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in both English and French is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is beneficial.
- Independent, strategic thinkers with the ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and adhere to deadlines.
