Sales Assistant, Telesales

InBetta

• Conduct customer service and sales via phone, WhatsApp and email - outbound and inbound; • Prospect new customers and reactivate inactive customers; • Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on negotiations; • Provide after-sales support and manage the customer portfolio; • Monitor sales indicators and targets.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Experience in sales and prospecting by phone (outbound and inbound);
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service in a call center environment;
  • Organized and disciplined for managing a portfolio of customers;
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel.
