Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from a recognised university, minimum requirement, no exceptions.
- Must have served as President of a university society, specifically an Events, Social, or Business-focused society (not academic/departmental societies)
- Immaculate written and verbal English communication is essential.
- Demonstrated understanding of revenue, KPIs, and operational/business thinking, not just event logistics.
- Full-time availability only. No conflicting academic, clinical, or other full-time commitments.
- Background in psychology, business, or a related field is welcome — open to both psychology graduates and business graduates. (Preferred)
- Prior experience in community building, business development, or partnerships. (Preferred)
- Existing personal brand or social media presence. (Preferred)
