Affiliate Marketing Manager

Enhanced Labs

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, influencers, creators, and brand partners • Develop and scale affiliate programs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant platforms • Build long-term relationships with high-performing affiliates and content creators • Launch and optimize affiliate campaigns, promotions, and product launches • Track and analyze affiliate performance, sales, conversions, and ROI • Identify new partnership opportunities to increase customer acquisition and revenue • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional assets, landing pages, and campaign strategies • Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and platform policies

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management
  • Proven experience growing affiliate programs for eCommerce or DTC brands
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and other social media platforms
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms such as Impact, Everflow, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Refersion, PartnerStack, Rakuten Advertising, Awin, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and performance marketing
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar reporting platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in the supplements, health, fitness, biohacking, or wellness industry is highly preferred
  • Candidate must be based in Turkey
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with U.S.-based partners and affiliates.
