Role Description Reporting directly to the Chief Credit Officer, the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Consumer Lending is a key leader providing strategic oversight and operational excellence across the full spectrum of consumer lending functions, including: - Indirect Lending - Direct Consumer Lending Underwriting - Consumer Lending Operations This role requires strong leadership and management skills, strategic thinking, credit management skills, and an understanding of the competitive landscape of Nuvision’s markets. The SVP will utilize profitability analyzing tools for product pricing and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This position is responsible for: - Setting, achieving, and evaluating lending goals - Responding to changes in regulatory, market, and competitive conditions - Ensuring all lending policies, practices, technologies, and workflows enhance member experience - Safeguarding credit quality and driving sustainable portfolio growth The SVP collaborates with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure lending products and services meet member needs and advance the Credit Union’s vision and purpose.
