Programmatic Campaign Specialist

ClickOut Media

• Daily optimisation of campaigns, budget planning, and strategy recommendations. • Monitor and react to changes in campaigns. • Proactively flag campaign risks, performance issues, and delivery challenges early, and recommend solutions before they impact results. • Analyse campaign data to spot optimisation opportunities and turn them into actionable insights. • Produce reports that stakeholders can easily understand to show performance over time. • Improve and automate workflows to make reporting and optimisations more efficient for the team. • Work with designers to build amazing HTML5 banners that drive clicks and conversions. • Work directly with Ad Networks to get better rates and increase ROAS. • Identify and evaluate new publishers and inventory sources to experiment with and organise direct deals. • Assist with the overall management of campaigns across different platforms. • Work independently and take initiative, executing tasks effectively while staying aligned with team priorities.

Job Requirements

  • At least two years' experience using a large DSP (ideally Adform, but also open to candidates with experience in DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP)
  • Ability to plan and execute display programmatic and direct display campaigns with external partners across all regions/countries.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, including campaign optimisation, attribution, and ROI/ROAS measurement
  • Strong quantitative skills and a genuine passion for mining insights from large datasets.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Strong Google Sheets/Excel knowledge.
  • Basic HTML knowledge to set up and test click tags.
  • Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and building basic reports in Looker Studio.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Within 3 hours of GMT timezone (we're based in the UK).
