Freelance Medical Post-Editors, English-Dutch
Linguamatics
• Translate, Post-edit and Review clinical trial documentation to ensure they adhere to the target language's medical and ethical standards • Enhance the readability, accuracy, and coherence of scientific and medical materials without altering the original meaning • Collaborate with translation teams to provide constructive feedback and suggest necessary corrections • Stay updated with the latest terminology and advancements in the medical field to ensure translations are current and accurate • Ensure all documents comply with applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in clinical translation/post-editing
- Native fluency in the target language (Dutch Netherlands or Dutch Belgium)
- Fluency in the source language/s
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written communication skills
- A deep understanding of clinical terminology and concepts
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Certification in medical post-editing, translation, or a related discipline is preferred
- Experience with memoQ is preferred
- A Medical/Pharma degree would be a plus
