Role Description El equipo de Account Management es responsable de la retención y el crecimiento de los contratos de los clientes, a través de un seguimiento de la jornada del cliente, asegurando el éxito en todas las etapas. Se espera que el Account Manager esté profundamente conectado con los desafíos de negocio de nuestros clientes, siendo capaz de conectarlos con las diversas soluciones existentes en nuestra plataforma, Winnin Intelligence. También es función de este equipo ayudar a los clientes a extraer el máximo valor de nuestra plataforma, ofreciendo capacitaciones y una atención consultiva, totalmente conectada con sus desafíos de negocio, convirtiendo a Winnin AI en una herramienta esencial en el día a día de nuestros clientes. Qualifications - Excelente experiencia en el área comercial y/o relación con clientes; - Dominio de las herramientas: Hubspot, Mixpanel, Excel y Google Slides; - Inglés a nivel fluido. Requirements - Experiencia en agencias de publicidad, marketing y tecnología; - Experiencia en empresas de retail y/o bienes de consumo; - Experiencia en áreas de atención al cliente y/o planificación; - Experiencia en áreas de Insights (CMI, Investigación, Inteligencia de Mercado, etc.); - Actuación con modelo de negocio SaaS. Benefits - Desarrollar e implementar estrategias a largo plazo para la retención y el crecimiento de las cuentas; - Gestionar importantes cuentas de la empresa, incluyendo grandes clientes internacionales (estructuras regionales y/o globales); - Tener alta autonomía para tomar decisiones importantes relacionadas con contratos, negociaciones y estrategias de clientes; - Crear relaciones sólidas con tus clientes y construir alianzas internamente con las áreas pares en Winnin; - Ser capaz de crear Account Plans robustos y accionables, con caminos claros para el crecimiento de las cuentas, identificación de nuevas oportunidades y mapeo de los principales stakeholders; - Crear casos de éxito con tus clientes; - Actuar como mentor para Account Managers Junior y pasantes, ofreciendo orientación y soporte.
