• Advise our clients on optimizing and automating business processes in the SAP environment • Implement and support BLP solutions for our clients • Capture and implement functional requirements • Configure and customize the solution according to client needs • Conduct workshops, training sessions and provide Go-Live support • Support our sales organization with client presentations and pre-sales meetings • Continuously optimize and further develop existing solutions based on client feedback
Job Requirements
- Experience in finance, procurement or ERP environments, with a solid understanding of business processes
- Knowledge of accounting, accounts payable or procure-to-pay processes
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP (e.g., as a Key User, in-house consultant or process owner)
- Interest in process optimization, digitization and automation of business processes
- Enjoyment of client interaction, facilitating workshops and advisory activities
- Analytical, structured working style, with very good German and good English skills

Role Description - Creation and management of user accounts, home folders and network shares. - Provide timely response and follow-up for day-to-day Help Desk tickets and support issues. - Active Directory account, group and OU maintenance. - Maintain existing scripts and automated jobs. - Provide support for account and access related issues. - Maintain documentation and runbooks for the Identity Management department. - License management and assignment for Office 365. - Maintain Group Policies. - Maintain the Identity Management and Account Request Systems. Qualifications - Associates degree or 2+ years' experience in Information Technology. - Excellent customer service skills. - Excellent analytical skills are essential for this job. The candidate must be able to troubleshoot identity and access issues quickly by identifying sources of problems. - The candidate must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential. - 2 or more years' experience in Active Directory Management. - 2 or more years' experience in user account administration. - Ability to write and/or edit scripts. - Familiar with Clinical User Access with but not limited to Cerner, Eclipsys and PACS. - Familiar with Vendor remote connection software similar to Securelink.
