• Research and identify influencers, content creators, bloggers, and affiliate partners aligned with the company's brand. • Source creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified influencer and affiliate prospects. • Evaluate creators based on audience quality, engagement, content style, and brand alignment. • Conduct personalized outreach through email and social media. • Build and nurture professional relationships with influencers and creators. • Assist in planning and coordinating influencer marketing campaigns. • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems or spreadsheets. • Prepare weekly reports on outreach efforts, partnerships, and campaign progress.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate management, or influencer outreach.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
  • Experience identifying creators who align with a brand's target audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, relationship-building, and project management skills.
