• Demo Litify AI capabilities to clients and prospects, tailoring demonstrations to their specific legal workflows and use cases. • Lead discovery sessions to solicit and document client requirements, translating them into detailed solution designs. • Build and deploy custom AI agent workflows on Litify AI’s Salesforce-based framework, owning configuration from design through go-live. • Serve as the primary technical advisor to clients on Litify AI capabilities, best practices, and product roadmap. • Work closely with your Project Manager to scope, plan, and deliver AI implementations on time and within budget. • Partner across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on client needs, surface feedback, and drive successful outcomes across the full client journey. • Define success metrics for each deployment and drive adoption to ensure clients realize measurable value. • Document solution designs, configuration decisions, and implementation guides for client and internal use. • Collaborate with Litify’s product and engineering teams to surface client feedback and influence the AI roadmap.

Role Description Integration Architects are responsible for ensuring that client solutions being deployed and operationally maintained contain the most efficient technological and business process considerations enabling the capabilities required to meet specific business needs. This process involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) providing leadership and holistic views into cross-business and functional solutions. Role Description GovCIO is currently hiring an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Data Modernization initiative. This role will architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and automated provisioning solutions that accelerate onboarding into the Summit Launchpad environment. The Senior Solutions Architect will lead the creation of standardized workspaces, data access configurations, and cloud-integrated services that enable rapid and compliant data analytics development. This position is fully remote, located in the United States. - Architect and pre-create workspaces equipped with the most commonly used tools to support accelerated customer onboarding. - Map new users to pre-created workspace configurations through the modernized intake process, improving efficiency and consistency across the environment. - Implement automated provisioning capabilities to grant core CDW access to authorized users, including those with appropriate NDS approvals. - Create and configure workspaces in PreProd (with live data) or Production environments, including service principals, workgroup personas, identity configurations, and access controls. - Design and set up linked services, mount points, and secure data connections within Databricks for access to the VHA Data Lake. - Create and maintain Databricks catalogs to support structured data access, governance, metadata management, and scalable analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate provisioning workflows into automated intake and review processes. - Ensure architectural alignment with key Data Modernization deliverables, including automated data warehouse provisioning and white-glove post-provisioning support. - Partner with Databricks engineers, platform teams, and security engineers to ensure all workspace configurations meet VA security, compliance, and data governance standards. - Troubleshoot architectural issues related to access, connectivity, service principals, data pipelines, or workspace setups. - Contribute to the “single front door” experience by documenting architectural patterns and platform navigation guidance for new customers. - Identify blockers in the intake and provisioning processes and propose scalable architectural solutions to reduce friction and accelerate onboarding. - Support surge requests that require creating additional data access pathways, enhancing workspace architecture, or enabling data ingestion at scale.
