• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), email/lifecycle, and SDR-aligned outbound • Own event strategy and execution in coordination with Marketing Coordinator to foster impactful engagement and high-quality pipeline • Run Barti's webinar program, from content development through promotion and follow-up • Identify and execute direct mail campaigns and publication or newsletter sponsorships • Build and manage a referrals program to generate consistent, low-cost pipeline • Partner with SDRs to create outbound sequences, talk tracks, and door-opener strategies • Own the operational execution of your individual campaigns—including UTM structures, HubSpot builds, and email deployment—while contributing to broader team processes • Focus on driving tangible revenue and pipeline results rather than simply increasing MQL counts, while providing data-backed recommendations to executive leadership on resource allocation
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of driving new-logo growth through multi-channel campaigns and events
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns yourself, including event planning and execution (virtual and in-person), email marketing, and paid media, not solely through agencies
- Experience partnering closely with Sales or SDR teams on outbound strategy and enablement
- Comfort with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Experience in a fast-paced, B2B startup environment with a track record of building process in new, unstructured environments
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs
- Experience with direct mail, publication sponsorships, or referral programs is a plus
- Familiarity with intent data, lead scoring, or account-based marketing is a plus

Role Description The Sr. Manager, Performance Marketer leads a performance-driven engine focused on pipeline and revenue growth for owned channels. Role Description As the Performance Marketing Specialist for Spain, you will be the analytical media expert that partners closely with our creative strategist and broader marketing team in Spain to drive great incremental returns on our media investments. To be successful in this role you will need to understand the modern media measurement toolkit, media buying principles in key channels, what makes creative great in key channels and iteratively improve our funnel experiences. As part of this role, you will report to Spain, Head of Marketing and work collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team focused on brand campaigns, lifecycle and partnerships for example. You will also help raise the bar in full funnel media management.
