Role Description Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced ICAM Application Developer specializing in Okta and SailPoint to join a dynamic team supporting identity and access management initiatives within a federal government environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with a strong background in ICAM frameworks, identity lifecycle management, and secure application integration. This individual is passionate about cybersecurity and identity management, bringing technical depth and a commitment to continuous learning to solve complex, real-world challenges. The ICAM Application Developer will perform hands-on development work within customer applications to implement Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) libraries, solutions, and integrations. This individual will work closely with security architects, system administrators, and government stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant identity management capabilities. - Perform hands-on coding within customer applications to implement ICAM libraries, SDKs, and APIs leveraging Okta and SailPoint platforms. - Write, test, and maintain source code for software applications across various programming languages, adhering to modern industry standards and best practices. - Develop and maintain integrations between Okta and SailPoint and enterprise applications, ensuring seamless identity lifecycle management and access governance. - Configure and customize Okta workflows, policies, and application integrations to meet customer requirements. - Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ configurations, rules, and workflows to support provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification processes. - Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC). - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of ICAM-related application code and configurations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security engineers, system architects, and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Support the integration of ICAM solutions with legacy systems and modern cloud-based platforms. - Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, integration guides, and standard operating procedures. - Participate in code reviews, contributing to and enforcing coding best practices and security standards. - Operate within an Agile software development environment while meeting government project milestones and deliverables. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to identity, authentication, and access management systems. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field from an accredited college or university. - 5+ years of experience in software application development. - 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and developing within Okta and/or SailPoint platforms. Requirements - Active Secret Clearance required. - Hands-on experience performing application-level coding to implement ICAM libraries and integrations within Okta and/or SailPoint platforms. - Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#. - Strong understanding and practical experience implementing SSO, MFA, and federation standards including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC). - Experience developing and maintaining SailPoint workflows, rules, and provisioning configurations within IdentityNow or IdentityIQ. - Experience configuring Okta application integrations, lifecycle management policies, and Okta Workflows. - Ability to write, test, debug, and maintain high-quality, secure source code across multiple programming languages. - Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services and API-based integrations. - Experience with identity lifecycle management concepts including provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certifications. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex identity and access management issues. - Exceptional communication skills in English – both written and oral – with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Ability to create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation. - Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology, especially Scrum. - Active Secret Clearance. Role Description Responsible for addressing all claim issues related to Assumed Accounts assigned by gathering information necessary to make informed and responsible decisions to bring claims to appropriate resolution. Key Accountabilities - Within established authority administers claims for assigned Assumed accounts. As a Sign Language Specialist, you’ll be responsible for participating in the Global Partnerships Sign Language Network, serving as a Field Coordinator leading the development and management of Bible translation projects as assigned, and serving Deaf organizations as an Organizational Strengthening Consultant. This role requires building strategic partnerships with local and international organizations, overseeing all aspects of project implementation, and ensuring clear, effective communication among stakeholders.
