Graphic Designer
Lingraphica
• Design high-quality visual assets for digital, print, and marketing initiatives (web, landing pages, ads, social, email, presentations, packaging, brochures, etc.) • Translate brand guidelines into compelling, consistent creative across all platforms • Collaborate with marketing, product, sales and leadership teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns • Lead projects from ideation through final production, managing multiple timelines and deliverables • Provide creative direction and feedback on designs to maintain brand excellence • Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva, Figma, or similar tools a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides)
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience working within established brand systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with motion graphics, video, or basic animation (preferred)
- Familiarity with marketing or product design workflows (preferred)
- Experience mentoring colleagues (preferred)
