You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver payroll operations in alignment with Japan's labor regulations and company policies. In this role, you will handle complex payroll cases, including adjustments, corrections, and statutory requirements, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency through automation and AI. Working in a lean team environment, you will be expected to take ownership of assigned payroll processes and contribute to both day-to-day operations and continuous process improvements.
