• Drive expansion sales growth as well as account health and strong retention in your dedicated territory book of business. • Conduct tailored account reviews to understand client needs and align our software as the best fit solution to their operations. • You rely heavily on product usage reporting and account behavior to identify areas of both growth and risk in your accounts. • Manage a pipeline of opportunities using a consultative sales approach from initial contact through contract close. • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure an effective customer journey. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and retention targets and KPIs. • Keep CRM (e.g. HubSpot) updated with accurate opportunity details and client interactions. • Stay up to date on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS/software Account Management or Customer Success, with a focus on post-sale growth through cross-sell, upsell, and expansion (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts, including consistently exceeding expansion and retention targets
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs and identify growth opportunities
- Strong ability to understand technical products and translate their value to non-technical stakeholders, while monitoring account health and proactively addressing risks or opportunities
- Proficient with CRM and customer engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight) to manage pipeline and customer activity
- Highly self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills, especially in managing multiple accounts and initiatives concurrently
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and business models (ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV, etc.); experience in the property management vertical is a plus.
