Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, Master’s degree with 3 years of experience. - Strong hands-on experience developing, testing, and supporting ETL processes. - Proficiency in Java and J2EE architecture, including frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate. - Experience implementing or supporting AI workflows and AI development of Agents and MCP Servers using Python libraries. - Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and deployment by rapidly transforming requirements into production-ready code. - Practical experience integrating ML-driven components into production pipelines or data engineering workflows. - Hands-on experience working with Snowflake and Databricks platforms, including data engineering workflows, optimizing queries and pipelines, managing scalable data solutions, and integrating cloud-based analytics into enterprise environments. - Background in backend development with a focus on building scalable, secure server-side applications. - Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. - Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal development teams and external stakeholders. - Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies. - Must have US Citizenship or must have been a resident of the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years. - Must have ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Requirements - Experience in healthcare industry analytics and data, preferably Medicare or Medicaid. - Data Science experience and Programming languages: Python or R. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes. - Experience with Test Rails. - Experience deploying AI Agents and MCP Servers using AWS services. - Familiarity with Databricks Genie environment. - Understanding of Responsible AI principles and applying them in regulated environments such as healthcare or federal programs.
