Role Description The Circulation Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and standardized analysis of subscriber activity across the subscription-to-cash lifecycle. This role supports all circulation-related business areas by ensuring consistent, reliable reporting and leveraging automation to improve data accuracy and efficiency. The Circulation Analyst plays a key role in optimizing the end-to-end subscription-to-cash process by identifying opportunities for standardization and automation across billing, payment application, and revenue recognition. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve system integration and data flow. In addition, the analyst supports business initiatives and project analysis by evaluating the operational and financial impact of system enhancements, pricing strategies, and process changes, ensuring improved efficiency, accuracy, and long-term scalability. - Assists in the development and implementation of standardized analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting, including ad hoc analysis as needed. - Identifies opportunities to improve productivity and insight generation through automation, process optimization, and elimination of redundant activities. - Partners with cross-functional teams including Circulation Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT to support initiatives such as system migrations, billing enhancements, and reporting improvements. - Analyzes variances within the subscription-to-cash lifecycle, including discrepancies in billing, payment application, and recognized revenue, and delivers clear root-cause explanations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2+ years of analytical experience, preferably in circulation, subscription, or revenue analysis. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Advanced Excel including Power Query and data analysis skills. - Ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights and recommendations. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams. - Experience in a consolidated financial environment preferred. - Familiarity with financial planning or reporting tools. Requirements - Authorized to work in the applicable location. Benefits - Annualized base salary for this role will range between $50,000 and $55,000. - Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including market, education level, skills, certifications, and experience. - Variable compensation may be applicable based on the role. Role Description The GIS Analyst is responsible for gathering, organizing, classifying, and processing remotely sensed data (RGB Imagery, Video, Multi-spectral, LiDAR, etc.) and GIS data for asset management using a variety of remote sensing tools, including but not limited to Esri products. The GIS Analyst will perform geospatial data analysis, create various maps and applications (web, mobile, etc.), and continuously improve processes to support growing geospatial program requirements. Key Responsibilities Include - Gather, organize, and analyze geospatial data captured by remote sensing or other mediums. - Perform QA/QC of field datasets for accuracy, completeness, and quality assurance as related to remote sensing processes. - Produce and maintain various GIS maps in ArcGIS Online (AGOL), Portal for ArcGIS, surveys, and other application technologies used in gathering geospatial datasets. - Create delivery datasets for various stakeholders under the direction of Senior Staff, including reports, geospatial image products (orthophotos, etc.), production mapping, and data packages. - Provide support in the management and maintenance of GIS environments and applications. - Develop and apply GIS solutions to meet customer requests. - Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with GIS and related software. - Assist in the development and delivery of training for system users. - Participate in a 24/7/365 emergency and after-hours work rotation as required. - This position is subject to emergency call-out, including damage assessment and inspection during emergency storm restoration events, with potential for considerable walking over rough terrain in all weather conditions. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in GIS, Geography, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or a related technical field required. - Two or more years of GIS experience preferred. - Experience with Esri-based products is required. - Experience with ArcGIS Online (AGOL), Portal for ArcGIS, and Esri mobile applications is preferred. - Experience with Model Builder or FME is a plus.
